πŸ“‹ This page is your map. It covers what's in the Kit, how to work through it, and how to set yourself up before you start. Read it once, properly β€” twenty minutes here saves you hours later.

What You've Got

The Demand Studio Marketing in a Box Kit is a complete marketing system, built to be done by you, at your own pace. It’s not a course about marketing, nor a folder of templates. It’s a working system you build inside your own business, one module at a time.
By the end you'll have:
  • A messaging brief built from your buyers' real words
  • A brand voice guide
  • A website that converts
  • A lead magnet and opt-in funnel
  • Live paid ad campaigns bringing in traffic
  • A content engine that compounds
  • Automated email sequences that run without you.
You build it, you understand it, and you can change any part of it whenever you need to. There's no retainer, no dependency.
What makes this different from the marketing advice you've already tried
This is a complete system, not tactics. Most marketing content teaches one piece β€” write better ads, post more, do SEO. The pieces only work together. Your ads only convert if your messaging is right. Your messaging is only right if you did the research. Your email only pays if your funnel captures leads. This Kit builds the whole thing in order, so each part has what it needs.
It's built for your size. Not adapted from an agency playbook or an enterprise framework. Every budget, tool, and time estimate assumes a founder doing this alongside running the business.
The AI prompts do the heavy lifting, but they're not generic. Every prompt in this Kit encodes twenty years of marketing practice and the established frameworks behind it. They work only from your own research, so what comes out is specific to your business β€” not something that could describe anyone.
You do the work. That's the trade. Nobody hands you a finished funnel. But you'll understand every piece of it, you can change any of it, and it's yours permanently.

Set Up Your AI Project First

ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini all let you create a Project β€” a workspace that holds related chats and files together. Set one up for your business and do all your Kit work inside it.
Three habits make it pay off:
  1. Run every prompt inside that project. The chats live together, so the AI can draw on what you've already done instead of starting cold each time.
  2. Group your chats by module. Name them clearly β€” "Module 1 β€” Buyer Research," "Module 3 β€” Meta Ads." When you come back three weeks later to fix something, you'll find it.
  3. Upload every finished document back into the project. Your Messaging Brief, your Brand Voice Guide, your website copy β€” as soon as one is done, upload it. Then later prompts can read it directly instead of you pasting it in every time.
  4. By Module 6, your project holds your entire marketing foundation, and every prompt can build on it.
πŸ’‘ Which AI tool? ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini all work.
Use whichever you already pay for. The prompts are written to work in any of them.

How the Prompts Work

Every prompt in this Kit sits in a grey box. Hover over the box and a Copy button appears in the top right β€” click it to take the whole prompt in one go, then paste it into your AI tool. Don't select the text by hand: the prompts are long, and the copy button gets all of it.
Most prompts are guided. Once you paste one in, it asks you a few short questions, one at a time, before producing anything. Answer each as it comes. It's easier than filling in blanks, and the questions are there because the answers decide the quality of the output.
Two rules apply to every prompt:
Two rules apply to every prompt:
Answer honestly and in detail. The prompts work from what you give them. Vague inputs produce output that could describe any business in your category β€” which is the one thing that makes marketing fail. If a prompt asks what makes you different, resist the urge to say "quality and service." Say the real, specific thing.
Always edit the output. Every prompt gives you a strong first draft, never a finished piece. AI doesn't know your customers, your voice, or the story behind your business. Read every line, cut anything that sounds generic, fix anything that isn't quite true, and add the detail only you know.

How Long This Takes

Building the full system takes roughly 30 to 40 hours of focused work, assuming you do one paid channel rather than both. That's the approximate number. How long it takes in calendar terms depends entirely on the hours you can give it per day/week.
Roughly what to expect
2–3 hours a week β€” around three months to build the whole system.
5 hours a week β€” around two months.
10 hours a week β€” around four to five weeks.
Roughly, by module:
Step 00
β€” Foundations: 2–3 hours, once.
Module 1 β€” Buyer & Messaging: 2–3 hours.
Module 2 β€” Website & Funnel: 8–12 hours. The biggest build.
Module 3 or 4 β€” One paid channel: 5–8 hours to launch.
Module 5 β€” Content & SEO: 4–6 hours to set up, then about 2 hours a week ongoing.
Module 6 β€” Email: 8–10 hours, then under an hour a month.
Two things worth knowing:
  1. The early modules feel slow because you're building foundations
  2. The later ones move faster because they draw on work you've already done.
And once it's built, the ongoing time is small β€” a couple of hours a week on content, an hour a month on email, and a weekly check on your ads.
⚠️ Don't try to do it all in a weekend.
The research and messaging in Module 1 shapes everything after it. Rushing it means rebuilding later. Give the modules the time they need, in order, and each one makes the next one easier.

The Order to Work Through

Start with Step 00, then work through the modules in order. Each one builds on the one before, and each ends with a link to the next, so you always know where you're headed.

Step 00 β€” Set Up Your Foundations

Your accounts and tracking, in place before anything else. Do it once, properly, and everything after runs smoothly β€” including being able to measure what's working from day one. The paid modules depend on this being set up.
Already have your accounts and tracking sorted? Skip it and start with Module 1.

Module 1 β€” Research & Messaging Foundation

Understand your buyer properly, and nail the exact words that make them act. This is the module everything else draws from β€” your website copy, your ads, your content, and your emails all come out of what you build here.

Module 2 β€” Website & Conversion Funnel

The pages and the lead magnet that turn visitors into leads and customers. Your homepage, your offer page, your opt-in and thank-you pages, and the checklist that makes them convert.

Module 3 β€” Meta Ads

Create, launch, and read a complete Meta campaign that brings in leads and sales.
πŸ’‘ Meta or Google β€” which first?
Modules 3 and 4 are your two paid channels, and you don't have to do both. Choose the one that fits how your buyers find businesses like yours.
Meta (Module 3) β€” for visual or discovered products and services, where people are scrolling rather than searching. Most ecommerce, coaching, and lifestyle brands start here.
Google (Module 4) β€” for businesses people actively search for, where there's demand to capture at the moment of intent.
Not sure? Start with Meta. It's more forgiving for most small businesses, because your creative does the work and you're not bidding against competitors on search terms. Do one, get it working, then add the other.

Module 4 β€” Google Ads

Reach buyers at the exact moment they search for what you offer, with a complete Google Search campaign.

Module 5 β€” Organic Content & SEO

Bring in buyers without paying for every click. A blog that ranks and gets cited by AI, and an Instagram rhythm you can actually keep β€” both built on your buyers' real problems.

Module 6 β€” Email & Retention

The automated sequences that turn subscribers into customers and one-time buyers into repeat ones. Built once, running without you.
